Who is Kim Sheen?
I am from Warwick, Rhode Island and I have practiced Real Estate (sales & rentals) for the same company for over 20 years. I now have been practicing here for the past 9 years and very happy to own my small, client-tailored business for the past 7 years. I truly give personal & knowledgeable service.
I am extremely passionate about real estate. Nothing gives me more joy than being able to make and save money for my clients. Always providing proper representation and truly listening to their wants and needs. Earning their trust and confidence is of the upmost importance to me.
I can sometimes be a bit straight forward. I simply advise to what is in the best interest of my clients. I will always have their back. My advice is usually what you need to hear and not what you want to hear.
As you will see there are initials after my name GRI, “Graduate of the Real Estate Institute”. CRS, “Certified Residential Specialist”. CBR, “Certified Buyers Representative”. I always believed that education is the key to providing the best possible professional service for my clients.
My affiliations include a Proud member of the National & International Association of Realtors. Committee member of the Executive Real Estate of the Chamber of Commerce, Real Estate Membership Committee as well as Rental & Ethics committees.
